5. Order Conclusion 5.1. The order process is completed when the customer selects the “Place Order” option. Upon confirmation, the order is sent to Stiloptic for processing and cannot be modified or cancelled except in cases expressly contemplated by these General Conditions or as provided by applicable Italian law. 5.2. The order confirmation constitutes proof of the customer’s acceptance of the provisions of these General Conditions. 5.3. The data recorded on the Site are considered full proof of the details of the transactions between Stiloptic and the customer. In the event of a dispute between Stiloptic and the customer regarding a transaction concluded through the Site, the data recorded by Stiloptic will be considered full proof of the transaction.
6. Price and Payment Method 6.1. The prices of all B2B products offered for sale on the Site do not include VAT. 6.2. The prices of the products available for sale will be indicated in Euros (EUR). 6.3. The total amount shown does not include shipping costs as specified below and shown in the Cart. Shipping costs are communicated to the customer in the official confirmation subsequently sent by Stiloptic – ordini@stiloptic.com. 6.4. Stiloptic reserves the right to change the prices of the products offered for sale on the Site at any time and without notice. The prices published on the Site at the time of the customer’s order confirmation will be charged, provided that there is availability of the products ordered at that time. 6.5. Stiloptic only accepts payments as specified in the invoice received with the ordered goods. 6.6. The order will be shipped within 2 to 10 days from the date of order receipt. 6.7. Should one or more products be unavailable, they will be shipped in the next shipment without additional charges to the customer.
7. Delivery 7.1. Shipping costs are charged to the customer in a flat amount as follows:
The shipping costs are indicated along with the other costs related to the purchase directly on the invoice. 7.2. Stiloptic will do its utmost to deliver the ordered products as soon as possible, and to this end, it has the faculty to split an order into multiple shipments depending on the availability of the items. In such cases, Stiloptic will inform the customer by email or telephone. In any case, the shipping costs will be billed as if it were a single shipment. 7.3. When the package with the ordered items leaves the Stiloptic warehouse, the customer will receive an email at the address provided in the order form with the shipping code. This email will contain a tracking code and an exclusive link that allows real-time tracking of the delivery. In case of delivery problems or delivery delays of more than ten (10) working days after the order confirmation date, customers are required to report the issue to Stiloptic using the email address ordini@stiloptic.com
8. Order Compliance 8.1. Upon delivery, the products must be checked to ensure that they correspond to the items ordered. 8.2. Any anomalies found upon delivery (e.g., tampering or damage to the packaging, damaged products, items missing from the accompanying bill, etc.) can be directly noted on the delivery document in the form of handwritten comments signed by the customer. 8.3. If the products do not correspond to those ordered, the customer is required to promptly inform Stiloptic at the email address ordini@stiloptic.com and has the right to demand compliance of the order or, in the event of subsequent unavailability of the ordered products, to order different items of the same nature or, alternatively, to cancel the order.
9. Returns and Refunds – Withdrawal 9.1. The exercise of the right of withdrawal from the order by the customer and the requests for returns and refunds for any item purchased on the Site must be made as follows: a) Notifications regarding the potential return of products must be submitted within 10 (ten) days from the date the items are delivered to the customer by sending a request to the following email addresses: ordini@stiloptic.com; info@stiloptic.com. b) The customer must fill out and submit the “return form” included in the package of their order specifying the reasons for the return and the quantity of items the customer wishes to return. This “return form” must be included in the return package. 9.2. The products must be returned to the following address:

Stiloptic will verify whether the returned products are indeed in their original condition, reserving the right to claim compensation for any damage or mismatch with the products delivered to the customer. Stiloptic will not be held responsible for the loss of returned products, shipments to incorrect addresses, or delays in the delivery of returned products, it being understood that the customer assumes all risks of such shipment.
10. Liability for Defective Products 10.1. Stiloptic is liable for any defect in the stileItaliano products sold on the Site, including non-conformity of the items to the products ordered, in accordance with Italian law and Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Consumer Code, which applies the corresponding EU Directives and, in particular, the principles and procedures established by the European Directive 1999/44/EC and subsequent updates, including Legislative Decree November 4, 2021, No. 170 and Legislative Decree March 7, 2023, No. 26). 10.2. This warranty is valid provided that both of the following conditions are met: a) The defect appears within 24 months from the date of delivery of the products; b) The customer files a formal complaint regarding the defects within a maximum of 2 months from the date on which the defect was recognized by the customer. 10.3. In particular, under Article 130 of the Consumer Code, in case of non-conformity, the customer is entitled to have the conformity of the products restored without charge, through repair or replacement, or to obtain an appropriate price reduction or the termination of the contract concerning the disputed goods. 10.4. The costs of returning defective products or products that do not conform to the order (wrong item, damaged products, etc.) will be borne by Stiloptic.
11. Limitation of Liability 11.1. Stiloptic will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages and, in particular, disclaims any liability for lost profits resulting from the purchase of Stiloptic products through the Site.
12. Disputes 12.1. These General Conditions are governed by Italian law and will be interpreted according to it, including Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Consumer Code), with particular reference to Title III [of Part III], Chapter I, Section II of said Consumer Code and Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003 (e-commerce regulations), notwithstanding any mandatory prevailing norm of the country of habitual residence of the customer. 12.2. In case of a dispute, the court of the place of domicile or residence of the consumer according to applicable law will be competent, or, at the choice of the consumer in case of action taken by the consumer himself, the Court of Milan. 12.3. Stiloptic reserves the right to make changes or amendments at any time to these General Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Such changes or amendments will be effective only in relation to purchase orders submitted after the date of modification or amendment.
